What it costs
Nevada sets the fee for each notarial act under NRS 240.100. Our travel fee depends on the time of day and the distance from our office and is quoted in writing before we book, so there are no surprises at the door. Call or text (725) 243-5188 with your address and the number of signatures for an exact total.
Remote online notarization
If you cannot meet in person, a Nevada electronic notary can notarize many documents by secure video from anywhere in the United States or abroad. See our remote online notary page for how a session works and which documents qualify.

Frequently asked questions
How fast can a notary get to me? Same-day appointments are usually available across the Las Vegas valley; after-hours and overnight requests are handled by phone or text at (725) 243-5188.
Can the notary tell me what my document means or how to fill it in? No. A Nevada notary public verifies identity and witnesses signatures; a document preparation service prepares documents at your direction. Neither can give legal advice.
Do you notarize for someone in the hospital who cannot hold a pen? Nevada allows signature by mark and signing by another person at the signer's direction in the notary's presence under NRS Chapter 240. Call us before the visit so we can confirm the requirements.
What if the signer does not have ID? Nevada permits identification by a credible witness who knows the signer and is known to the notary, or by the oath of two credible witnesses, under NRS 240.1655. Tell us when booking and we will explain what is needed.
Do you offer Spanish-language service? Our signings are conducted in English. The signer must be able to understand the document and communicate directly with the notary.
